A bracket is provided, with the bags, to re-locate your stock turn signals to the license plate bracket, as shown.

Hard Bag liners are made of rugged, waterproof coated cordura with a heavy-duty top zipper and double carry handles.

The new mounting system only requires attaching the bracket to your bike as shown (No drilling necessary).
To attach the bags: Just slide the 2 rods into the nylon bushing holes. Then push bolt through the bag for wingnut inside the bag. Bag comes on or off in seconds and it's a quick, easy and secure mount. The bags also have a new high quality locking latch. The mounting hardware is lazer cut with a powder-coated gloss black finish. The inside of the bags have a black rubberized coating.
